Finding the right care for your pets matters. I provide personalized, in-home care that keeps your animals relaxed, comfortable, and safe right where they’re happiest.

As a former public school teacher and lifelong animal person, I bring reliability, clear communication, and a calm, caring presence to every visit. I’ve supported many families with dogs, cats, small animals, birds, and exotic pets, and I tailor each stay to your pets’ routines and personalities.

What I Provide

• In-home pet sitting & overnights that follow your pets normal schedule

• Feeding & fresh water, walks/playtime, and litter/habitat care

• Basic medications as directed (oral/topical)

• Photo + message updates so you always know how they’re doing

• Light home care, bringing in mail/packages, watering plants

• Gentle calming support for anxious or sensitive pets, upon request, I can incorporate a brief, non-invasive energy-based relaxation technique (Reiki) during cuddle/quiet time

How My Overnights Work

• Rates are set in 24-hour periods.

• I sleep in your home and provide focused evening, overnight, and morning care.

• During the day, I may step out for part-time work and any scheduled obligations. Most days, I am in your home for long blocks of time, particularly mornings, evenings, and overnights.

Why In-Home Care?

Boarding can mean unfamiliar spaces, noise, and limited one-on-one time. In-home care keeps your pets in their safe place with their normal sights, sounds, and routines, reducing stress and supporting healthy behavior while you’re away.

Communication & Safety

I like to keep you connected with notes and photos during my stay, so you always know how your pets are doing. Typically, I send a few updates each day and aim to strike a balance between reassurance and over‑messaging.
